Returns and Exchanges

We get it—outcast fashion's a bold move, and sometimes it doesn't fit your dystopia. Snarkeez accepts returns on most items within **30 days of delivery** (non-custom/made-to-order only—see below). No restocking fees because life's too short for extra snark.

What We Accept

Full Refunds/Exchanges:   Unused items in original condition (tags attached, no makeup/perfume smells). Made-to-order? Final sale (but hit us up for fixes!).

Timeline:  Request within 30 days of *delivery* (not order date—your return window starts when it lands). We ship in 7–10 days, so no pre-delivery expiration drama.

Process: 
  1. Email [email protected] with order #, item, reason (photo helps).
  2. Get approval + prepaid label (we cover US return shipping under $50 order value).
  3. Pack it up (original packaging ideal) → Drop at USPS.
  4. Refund/exchange in 3–5 business days post-receipt (original payment method).

Exceptions:   Custom/one-of-a-kind (e.g., Morticia gown), sale items, or hygiene (swimwear/undergarments) = final sale. International? Buyer covers return shipping.

Shipping & Delays: 
- US: Free over $50, $5–8 flat otherwise (3–7 days).
- International: $15–30 (7–14 days).
- Lost/damaged? We'll replace or refund—no hassle.
